Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off road parking for 8 cars. Gravelled garden with furniture and BBQ, plus access to shared grounds with lakes. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Unfenced lakes in grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Bedrooms in Curlews Nest are accessed via open-tread stairs. Note: Croxton Lodge is accessed via eight external stone steps into first floor kitchen. Note: The bar in Croxton Lodge is not stocked. Note: In Croxton Lodge, the estate manager has shared access via the main entrance and kitchen to his flat.

Croxton Lodge and Curlews Nest are two separate properties, but marketed as one, set in a courtyard, within private grounds on the Croxton Park Estate, close to Belvoir and the town of Grantham. These cottages sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms, all with en-suites, with one of the properties having an additional shower room, two sitting rooms (one with open fire), a kitchen and games and the other has an open plan living area. Outside there's shared off road parking for eight cars, gravelled areas with furniture and shared use of extensive grounds with lakes. Croxton Lodge and Curlews Nest are a wonderful base for both families and groups of friends.
Belvoir is an ancient picturesque village in the Vale of Belvoir home to the stunning Belvoir Castle. The Vale itself is the home of Melton Mowbray pork pies, stilton cheese, superb pubs, fine local ales and fruit cordials. Close by is the ancient market town of Grantham and within reach is historic Lincoln and Stamford.
From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.

"Fabulous location but standard of hygiene and attention to maintenance incredibly low. The kitchen had only a cooker, sink and large fridge. When we arrived all of the cupboards were stacked with food. The fridge was full, including left over cooked food. Our Tesco,delivery had to be stored on a bench. Large number of light bulbs didn't work. The carpets were old and one had a large hole which one of the party tripped over. It had definitely not been cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived management apologised and mid week came to clean the kitchen and replace some of the light bulbs. I think it is only suitable for large male shooting parties who are catered for."
