Gas central heating, underfloor heating. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi, DVD player and film selection, TV's in every bedroom. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Three-tier balcony with furniture. Sorry, no smoking anywhere on the park. Shop and pub 1 mile, several supermarkets 3 miles. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Note: Both lower bedrooms have access to the lower ground floor balcony, also to the upper level decks via an outside spiral staircase.
