Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Additional unrestricted roadside parking adjacent to property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Beach and harbour 10 mins walk. Note: Off road parking is suitable for medium-size cars only. Note: One step up into bathroom which is narrow at one end. Note: 2 flights of stairs
