Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed courtyard. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome with additional dogs considered on request, dogs not to go on furniture (guests can walk their dogs in the paddock as long as they clear up after them). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Note: Property is next to an A road, associated noise may be heard. Note: Twin bedroom is separated by a curtain only. Note: Double bedroom is down a small set of steps. Please note: no children under the age of 2.
