Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and bedside rail on request. Enclosed paved garden with furniture and BBQ. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 8 mins walk. Manchester Airport 5 miles. Note: Double bed with en-suite is accessed from one side only.

In addition there is a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen with seating area and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed patio, furniture and barbecue. Rainton Cottage would suit a family or group of friends looking to tour the North West and its many attractions.
Hale is a delightful Cheshire village, 11 miles south of Manchester city centre, and renowned for its prestigious houses and celebrity lifestyle. The village high street is home to many excellent restaurants and stylish bars, as well as designer boutique shops and high class retail outlets. The superb shopping centre at Trafford Park is in easy reach by car, and the motorway network can be reached in less than 10 minutes, opening up the delights of the Peak District and North Wales within an hour.
The North West of England has something for every discerning traveller. Whether it is the fabulous sandy beaches of its famous seaside resorts or the historic backdrop of some of the country's oldest cities, it has something for everyone.

"The property is of an excellent standard having been recently renovated and it is accurately described. It is ideal for families with small children like us, with cots and a selection of toys available. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay.
