Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn, deck, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: No WiFi in the property. :Please not that no pets are allowing in the bedrooms.
Location
Little Haven is a single-storey cottage in the quiet area of Holland-on-Sea, two miles from popular Clacton-on-Sea. The cottage has a double bedroom with dressing room and access to the garden, and a room with adult bunks. There is a family bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for three cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Little haven is just a couple of minutes' walk from the sand and shingle beach, and the amenities of Clacton-on-Sea are within easy reach, as are the attractions of Essex, making this an ideal year-round coastal retreat.
The seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea has something for everyone. The town has sandy beaches, watersports, a Victorian pier, gardens, fun fair, bowling greens, theatres, golf courses and shopping and leisure facilities, plus a number of pubs and restaurants. Close to Clacton-on-Sea is the town of Colchester, with its zoo.
Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

"A lovely bungalow in an ideal location just a few minutes walk from the beach. It was very clean and well equipped, one of the best self-catering properties we have stayed in. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and the walks along dog-friendly beaches. It was very quiet and peaceful, which we liked, but Clacton is nearby if you need shops and amusements. There were also plenty of good pubs and restaurants serving good food close by. Couldn't fault it!"

"Little Haven was exactly that. Near the beach and a lovely Country Park which l and my dogs enjoyed. It was a great holiday and felt homely when we returned from our days out. Would definitely recommend. Oh, it was also nice and warm. I cannot think of anything negative about it."

"Little Haven is perfectly situated, being just a short walk away from the seafront. The bungalow is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The garden is enclosed, completely safe and dog friendly. Holland-on-sea is lovely and quiet with beautiful beaches, and Clacton-on-sea is just two miles away, perfect to walk or cycle to. This was a perfect little break away for myself, partner and our two dogs."

"100% all of the stay at this bungalow, very clean and well presented in all aspects, garden was very nice and ideal for the dogs, closed in and secure. The beach was very close and ideal for walking the dogs and a lot of other beautiful walks nearby could not fault it.
