Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed slate chipping garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Double bed accessed from one side only. Note: Some road noise and the local church bells will be heard. Note: Due to the age of the property, there are low ceilings and doorways and the floors may not be level. Note: Steep, curved stairs, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Open access to attic, not for guests use.

The village of Ticehurst is very charming and quaint and is an ideal base with some fantastic pubs, a Post Office, village shop, tea rooms and a church. Visit the gallery and stroll along the lovely streets of this delightful village. There are a number of attractions in the nearby area including the reservoir of Bewl Water, the largest lake in Southern England, is nearby, where everyone of all ages can enjoy water sports including sailing and canoeing.
With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.
