Hastings is a town in East Sussex, England. The town gives its name to the famous 1066 Battle of Hastings, which was fought at Senlac Hill. Boasting the wonderful Hastings Castle, built after the Norman invasion in 1070. It is a Grade I listed building and little of its remains, except part of the chapel, its walls and dungeons. With plenty to do in the area, including museums, art galleries, pubs, restaurants and a wide selection of shops.
