Resting in a pleasant village location with attractions in reaching distance, Flat 3 is a lovely retreat in an admirable part of England.
The coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea is situated between Eastbourne and Hastings, and boasts a two mile promenade, the world famous De La Warr Pavilion, shops, museums, gardens and a motoring heritage centre, plus golf, fishing, water sports and the 1066 walk can all be enjoyed. Close by is Battle, with its Abbey, and Rye, with antique shops and tea rooms, plus Royal Tunbridge Wells is well worth a visit.
With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

"Wat een geweldig appartement! Mooie, lichte en hoge ruimtes, prachtig ingericht, met veel liefde voor detail. Werkelijk van alles aanwezig en daarnaast een lekker welkomstpakket. Fijn uitzicht op Egerton Park en je kunt ook de zee zien. Vlakbij winkels en restaurants en om de hoek van het 'De La Warr Pavilion'. Veel te zien in de omgeving. Wij bezochten o.a. Battle, Rye en Hastings en Eastbourne met 'the Seven Sisters' en 'Beachy Head'. Iets verder weg maar zeer de moeite waard vonden wij de tuinen van Sissinghurst Castle. De enige verbetering aan het appartement die wij kunnen bedenken zou een iets groter bed zijn."
