Range oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, selection of books and WiFi. There is a DVD player in the TV room. The cinema room offers Netflix and digital channels only. Off-road parking for five cars with electric car charger. Large unenclosed garden area, with access to the beach and a sunrise balcony on first floor. Baby monitor, baby bath, high chair, travel cot and potty available. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub is a 1 minute walk away and the local shop is a 2 minute walk away. Railway station 2 mins away for direct trains to Brighton and London. Note: The garden is not fully enclosed; therefore, pets must be supervised. Note: beach towels are supplied in the down stairs shower room. Note: There is a step into the sunroom and is a handrail on one side of the stairs so may be unsuitable for the infirm or mobility issues

Known as the birth place of Motor racing, Bexhill-on-Sea is a charming seaside town situated in East Sussex. It homes the famous De La Warr Pavilion, a contemporary art centre and the Bexhill Museum, which offers a history of race cars, vintage fashions and nature specimens. You will also find a sandy beach and a 2-mile long promenade filled with traditional beach hits and deck chairs.

"We were a family party of 10 of ages ranging from 21 to 85 to celebrate mums 85th birthday! The house was very clean and has everything you could possibly need. It was great for entertaining, very comfortable and perfect size for everyone to be together to socialise eat and play board games! There was also cinema room to get away from hustle n bustle and bit of quiet time if needed. ( the only downside was we bought a horse racing DVD to play in cinema room but there is no DVD player! A minor complaint ) Every room has amazing views including the lovely deep bath. We all loved the house and are looking for a date we can all do so we can return. Would highly recommend."
