Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (4' double on bottom). Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. Central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine. TV/DVD, WiFi. Cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels included free of charge. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned garden with patio area. Regret no pets. No smoking. Shop/Pub 1/2 miles. Beach 3 miles. Suitable for those with limited mobility.
Sidmouth is a Regency town in south Devon offering architecture, shops, pubs and eateries. Sidmouth is close to beaches, nature reserves, and Exeter. It sits on the southern side of the East Devon AONB, an area showcasing scenery, walking, cycling and views from everywhere. Exeter proves to be a great day out with great architecture and shopping.
