Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and wood for stove starter pack inc. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Selection of books and games, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Access to owners? fields and bike storage available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Travel cot and high chair available. Note: The owner can offer tours of the farm by prior arrangement. Homemade Devon cream tea on arrival. Please note that any bookings need to between a Friday-Friday period.
