Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot on request. Ample off road parking (two spaces available). Front south facing sun terrace with artificial lawn with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The owner does provide a free parking permit for Putsborough Beach. If your party consists of more than one infant, please contact the office first to see if it can be catered for.

A village placed in the North Devon AONB, with thatched cottages and countryside views surrounding. Georgeham boasts two pubs along with shops. Trek the South West Coast Path, admire the National Trust Baggy Point, or the beaches where you can sunbathe or explore the rock pools. Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are nearby, offering shops, parks and lots to do. A charming village in an incredible location.
