Bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with a gas fire. Utility. Summer house. Gas central heating, gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample roadside parking on a first come first served basis and off road parking for 1 small car. Rear lawn with summer house and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Note: Family bedroom is open to the stairs, with a stairgate available to be used and this room has sloping ceilings. Note: There is a smoking area outside the property. Note: Check in is 2pm and check out is by 11am.

A village east of the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. This is a wonderful place to base a holiday, Whitwell comes with stunning buildings, pubs, shops and eateries to choose from. The village is home to Whitwell Wood, spanning over 170 hectares waiting to be explored. Derbyshire is packed with places to visit. Worksop is just a short drive away, offering a selection of amenities as well as a garden, perfect to sit and have a picnic. The steel city of Sheffield is within driving distance and is certainly worth a visit, along with Chesterfield also nearby.
