Seperate sitting room with electric wood burner. Oil fired central heating with open fire and electric wood burner. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Garden with lawned area, patio and furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Low beams in the property. Note: this is an old cottage with low beams, doorways, steep stairs and steps leading to different levels inside and outside the property. Not suitable for people with very limited mobility.

To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with lawned area, patio and furniture. Set in a lovely situation, Willow Cottage can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

The market town of Wadebridge is perfectly placed alongside the ebb and flow of the River Camel, an ideal location for exploring the natural beauty of North Cornwall. The town hosts an array of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, all offering a personal and friendly service and is home to North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. The beautiful countryside surrounding the town is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, amazing gardens and stately homes to explore.
