Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 small/medium cars, or 1 large car. Wood fired hot tub with sea views. Enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: You are only able to park 2 cars if they are small or medium in size, you would not be able to park 2 large cars, if you have a large vehicle parking is only for 1.

Rock is a coastal village situated on the north eastern bank of the River Camel, opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow. There is a selection of watersports to choose from including; sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. The golf course at nearby St Enodoc makes an interesting day trip. With a portfolio of world class beaches all within a short distance, it is easy to see why Rock makes such a delightful getaway.
