Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator under worktop with small freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, Wifi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unrestricted parking on highway outside of main dwelling. Patio with seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 5 mins walk. Please note: Regretfully, Georges Cove is accessed by 12 steps, therefore is not suitable for the less mobile and for wheelchair users. Please note: There is no BBQ at this property

"This is a lovely modern Cottage in Perranporth just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Beach. It has a fully equipped Kitchen Dining room, Bedroom, Bathroom with Shower & outdoor seating area. An unexpected Welcome Pack was brilliant. It also has good free WiFi. We really enjoyed our 7 days there."
