Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with BT vision, Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Decking with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Property on working dairy farm. Note - due to property being on a working farm, dogs must be kept on the lead at all times. Note: This property does accept any worker bookings.

Mabe is four miles from Falmouth with a pub and a shop/Post Office, as well as surrounding countryside. Falmouth, with its harbour, winding streets and beaches. Its harbourside pubs, shopping, Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum make it a must-visit.
