Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear garden with lawned area, patio, BBQ and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and bar 2 mins walk and another 5 mins. Pub and shop in St Merryn 1 mile. Note: Lantic Star is immediately next door to Lantic surf ref 965577 which together can accommodate 12. Note: Please no stag/hen or similar. St Merryn is a Cornish village within two miles of the coast and close to Padstow. Surrounded by beaches and golf courses, St Merryn is a holidaymaker's dream, offering pubs, restaurants, a takeaway, chip shop, mini markets and a Post Office, St Merryn remains within reach of attractions. Newquay is eleven miles away, boasting three beaches, the National Surf Centre and endless rolling surf, making it great for water sports. Newquay also offers shopping, a zoo, a Sea Life centre, nightspots, clubs, pubs and restaurants. Set back from the main holiday crowds, St Merryn is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area at your leisure.
