Note: Although property is all on one level inside, there is a step up into the property.

The Duchy is an annexe cottage attached to the owners' home found in the village of Liskeard in Cornwall. All on one level and hosting three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom with bath and walk in shower, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside there is also an open-plan living space including a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside there is ample off-road parking for three cars and a patio area with seating.
Liskeard is a market town that can be found in south east Cornwall, around 20 miles west of the port town of Plymouth. The town is at the head of the Looe valley, with beaches and a harbour 9 miles south. Within the town, there are several pubs, shops and restaurants with some still retaining their Victorian shopfronts and interiors, as well as a weekly market held. Liskeard is home to The Liskeard Show, a large agricultural show which is held on the second Saturday in July annually.

"We were met by Angela on arrival who let us in to the gated property and showed us around. The Duchy is a spacious well presented holiday home that had everything you could possibly need. Lovely comfortable reclining sofa, two beautiful designer arm chairs, the double bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower and there is also a bath if you prefer The property was clean and lovely and warm and a pleasure to come home to after a days walking. The station is about a 5 minute walk and the town about 10-15 minutes. A cream tea was left for us by Angela plus other day to day essentials. We had a thoroughly good time both staying at The Duchy and visiting the surrounding area. Thank you so much."
