Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 minute walk. Note the local restaurant in the town is close Monday/Tuesday outside of high peak times. During peak times of the year the restaurant is open 7 days a week from 6pm
