Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, fridge (no ice box), microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. Free fishing in lake (licence required, available locally). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site farm shop 1 min walk, with fully licensed bar. Note: WiFi is available to guests but speeds are slow and it can be intermittent.

Rowan is charming, family-friendly chalet set on the owner's smallholding and campsite, under three miles from Whitstome near Launceston. With three bedrooms offering a variety of sleeping accommodation, this cottage can sleep six people comfortably. There's also a family bathroom as well as an open plan living area. Outside, there is a private patio garden, along with an off road parking space for one car. There's also an on-site shop and fishing lake, well stocked with tench and carp. Within an easy drive is the beautiful North Norfolk Coast, along with many other exciting attractions. Rowan offers a comfortable base for a lovely family holiday discovering this delightful area.
Whitstone is a small Cornish village located between Launceston and the seaside town of Bude, and is home to a village store. Six miles from Whitstone is the beach at Widemouth Bay along with many inlets and coves. Just seven miles from Whitstone is the coastal town of Bude with wonderful beaches and great surfing all year round.
