Three bedrooms with TV: 1 x first floor king-size double with sitting area and en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite wet room shower, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Underfloor heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, 2 x fridge, freezer, washer/dryer in cloakroom, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring your own towels for the hot tub). Off road parking for 4 cars. Patio with furniture, hot tub and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property or Hot Tub. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: First floor bedroom is open to the stairs. Note: This property is next to a small caravan park. Note: Due to the cleaning and refilling of the hot tub, it may not reach its optimum temperature on the day of your arrival. Note: Adults and children over 11 only. Note - No stag / hen or similar. Please be advised you have to be out of the Hot Tub by 11pm. Only a maximum of 6 people to stay in the property. Over occupation will result in a cancellation of your stay. No loud music in or outside the property as it is in a residential area and it is important to be considerate of neighbours. 10am is the check out time/no later please as the property needs to be cleaned, hot tub emptied/cleaned/filled and ready for our next guests The Green House is a 5star property in in quiet Cheshire countryside and we want you to have an enjoyable stay. If you could please be mindful of these requirements we would very much appreciate it .
Location
The Green House is a wonderful detached cottage situated 1.2 miles from the village of Sandiway and 4.5 miles from the town of Northwich. This cottage sleeps six people in three en-suite bedrooms - a first floor king-size double with sitting area and two ground floor doubles. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with woodburner. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and a patio with furniture and hot tub. The Green House is a quality holiday home for exploring the area.
Sandiway along with its twin village of Cuddington officially became one village in 1935. Sandiway has two parades of shops, a Post Office, pubs, a number of churches and a railway station. On the edge of the village is Sandiway Golf Club, and close by is Blakemere Shopping Village with its antique emporium, independent shops and activities.

"We had a fabulous stay at The Green House. The property is a lovely mix of traditional barn conversion with nice modern touches. The property is well equipped for a family break with generous rooms and en suite bathrooms. The hot tub was well used during our break and one of our favourite additions to any family break. Ideally located for shopping in Chester, a visit to Chester Zoo or a day in Liverpool. Hopefully we can visit again in the future."

"We stayed with friends for a 40th birthday celebration, we could not have found a more perfect location! The cottage was better equipped than my house and had some fantastic features like the hot tub, the lighting and the wood burner. The bed was extremely comfortable, the cottage was well maintained and very modern with bi-fold doors to open the whole wall to the patio area. We will definitely stay again! "

For anybody thinking of booking please do not hesitate and get booking - Our week was simply outstanding and I cannot wait to go back! The house is beautiful, impeccably kept and very trendy! The owner was such a lovely person and we cannot thank her enough. The best bit - A Hot Tub! We will definitely be returning!"
