Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars on shared drive. External bike rack. Front and side lawned gardens with woodland, patio, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Mobile phone signal may be limited with some networks.
Neston is a town on the Wirral Peninsula that offers many shops, cafes and restaurants, and has a regular Friday market and a monthly farmers' market. Neston is ideally located for a day out in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester and a reasonable driving distance to the North Wales coastline and the Snowdonia National Park.

"Lovely, well equipped cottage. A lot of thought had been put into this gorgeous little cottage. Great location, quiet and easy access to lot's of great places to visit. Very helpful & friendly owners. Great garden for the dog too, secure and easy access to woods for walkies."

"Liked the area, the village is one of the few left unspoilt. The walks from the cottage are numerous and varied. Liked the privacy, quiet and calm ambience of the cottage and grounds, as well as the quality of the equipment and furnishings. The owners are there if you need them and not intrusive."

"The property was finished to a very high standard and was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and peaceful, and yet very convenient for exploring The Wirral. Within the village of Burton itself you can visit Burton Manor gardens and the RSPB nature reserve, whilst a 5 minute drive takes you to Ness Botanic gardens. There are numerous villages and towns with associated amenities within a short drive. We would definitely visit again."
